Ingredients

  • 1 small banana

  • 1/2 cup low fat or 1/3 cup full cream plain yoghurt (you can replace with milk if preferred)

  • 2 tbsp raw oats

  • 2 tbsp nuts or 1 tbsp peanutbutter

  • 1/2 – 1 cup left-over steamed cauliflower (optional)

Method

  • Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy cold.
