As a non-diet dietitian, I help women improve their relationship with food and their bodies.

No dieting, counting calories, or following food rules here. Let me help you reclaim control over food and adopt a healthier, more sustainable way of eating.

Can I share my story with you?

For far too long, I’ve been at war with my body – always trying to change it.

Strict, self-inflicted diet and exercise rules controlled me.

If I ate my “illegal” foods or didn’t stick to my food rules, I felt guilty, and punished myself by eating less & exercising more. This pursuit of the “perfect body” negatively affected my social, mental & physical health in several ways.

And like with most women that I’ve worked with, it stole my focus, and kept me from living a free, joyful, and purpose-driven life.

After learning & implementing key strategies, I now eat and exercise in a balanced way, and I am happier and healthier for doing so.

You can be too!

Today, I call myself a non-dietitian, and unlike traditional dietitians, I won’t give you some silly one-size-fits-all mealplan.

I can’t offer you a quick fix, but I can offer evidence-based health strategies that actually work.
