EASY OVERNIGHT OATS

1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup plain yoghurt
1/3 cup rolled oats, raw
2 tsp honey
2 tbsp mixed seeds (I love linseeds/flaxseeds, sunflower, pumpkin and chia seeds)
1 tsp vanilla essence
Fresh blueberries or other fruit to serve
Method
- Mix together milk, yoghurt, oats, honey, vanilla and seeds in a jar. Place in fridge overnight.
- Add fresh fruit the next day before serving.
