EASY OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup milk

  • 1/3 cup plain yoghurt

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats, raw

  • 2 tsp honey

  • 2 tbsp mixed seeds (I love linseeds/flaxseeds, sunflower, pumpkin and chia seeds)

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • Fresh blueberries or other fruit to serve

Method

  • Mix together milk, yoghurt, oats, honey, vanilla and seeds in a jar. Place in fridge overnight.
  • Add fresh fruit the next day before serving.
