CHOCOLATE BAKED OATS

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw oats

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tbsp cocoa

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • pinch of salt

Method

  • Put all the ingredients in blender. Mix until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture into a breakfast bowl.
  • Bake in microwave for 90 – 120 seconds on high heat or until cooked through.
  • Serve with yoghurt and fresh fruit.
