1/2 cup raw oats
1 ripe banana
1 egg
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
Method
- Put all the ingredients in blender. Mix until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into a breakfast bowl.
- Bake in microwave for 90 – 120 seconds on high heat or until cooked through.
- Serve with yoghurt and fresh fruit.
