VEGGIE PACKED BEEF PATTIES

1 large onion
3 garlic cloves
2 slices of bread
1 tsp salt
1 cup fresh herbs (e.g. parsley, mint, coriander)
250g mushrooms
500g beef mince
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
Method
- Preheat oven to 200c.
- Place onion, garlic, bread, salt, mushrooms and herbs into a food processor. Blend until ‘mince like’ texture. Not too fine.
- Place in a mixing bowl. Add mince, worcestershire sauce and eggs. Mix well.
- Roll and pat down gently into patties.
- Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and flip. Return to oven for 5 minutes for the other side to brown.
- Serve with sweet potato chips & salad.
