Ingredients

  • 60g (1/2 tin) tuna chuncks in brine

  • Rocket, washed and broken in pieces

  • Sliced cucumber

  • Black olives

  • 100g green beans, washed and cut in 5cm pieces, blanched, and dipped in ice cold water

  • 1 egg, boiled & sliced

  • 2 TBSP butter beans, canned and drained

  • 2 TBSP kidney beans, canned and drained

Method

  • Mix all together & finish with dressing of choice.
